Job Description
-Campus recruitment process: independently responsible for some modules, including regional interview process arrangement and follow-up, job fair organization, system maintenance, etc.
-Participate in campus recruitment project design: including recruitment data analysis, campus recruitment benchmark company research, campaign design, system process design, etc.
-Employer branding: Assist in publishing promotional content and summarizing data statistics
Requirements
-Graduate after 2025/12
-Good data analytics skills ; excel, python, spss skills preferred
- Interests in HR and talent assessment
- Fluent oral and written English
【工作內(nèi)容】
- 獨(dú)立負(fù)責(zé)部分校園招聘模塊，包括區(qū)域面試流程的安排與跟進(jìn)、招聘會(huì)組織及系統(tǒng)維護(hù)等工作；
- 參與校園招聘項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)與執(zhí)行，涵蓋招聘數(shù)據(jù)分析、標(biāo)桿企業(yè)研究、活動(dòng)策劃及流程設(shè)計(jì)等；
- 協(xié)助雇主品牌建設(shè)，參與宣傳內(nèi)容的撰寫與發(fā)布，并進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析。
【任職要求】
- 畢業(yè)時(shí)間不早于2025年12月
-具備良好的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力，熟練使用Excel、Python或SPSS者優(yōu)先；
- 對人力資源及人才評(píng)估領(lǐng)域有濃厚興趣；
- 英語聽說讀寫流利，具備良好的溝通能力。
