PURPOSE

The role develops comprehensive test plans outlining the scope, objectives, resources, and schedule for testing activities, ensuring alignment with project requirements and goals to facilitate effective testing processes and outcomes. The role creates and maintains automated test scripts using appropriate testing frameworks and tools, streamlining repetitive testing tasks, improving efficiency in defect detection, and ensuring software quality. The role utilizes analytical skills to resolve medium-complexity requests efficiently, exercising judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions. The role coaches new joiners and exerts influence within team - local lab/product.
