1. Manage VP’s calendar and schedule meetings at times that work best
2. Manage VP’s travels for both domestic and international trips, keep good track of reimbursement
3. Organize various internal and external meetings/conferences/workshops/team buildings etc.
4. Facilitate high level management meeting (board meetings, management team offsite) with agenda preparation/ materials consolidation/ MoM writing and filing/follow up etc.
5. Work cross-functionally as a team ambassador
6. Stay close contact with global team to coordinate meetings and travel bookings etc.
7. Documentation systems maintenance
8. Other ad-hoc assignments from VP
職位要求:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above
2. Fluent English in writing and speaking, good skills of Microsoft Office
3. At least 5 years EA working experience in multinational companies
4. Effective communication skills and Interpersonal Savvy Competence
5. Details orientated, self-motivated and extremely well-organized
6. High sense of responsibility and resilient
7. Customer-Focus and team spirit
