Scout, introduce, validate new biological/biotech/bioinformatics/engineering/measurement tools and capabilities to enable new mechanism decoding and technology evaluation
Engage with external partners, public domain databases, and leverage in-house wet-lab data to enable in silico bioactive toolsets.
Design and execute evaluation plans to accelerate technology evaluations and increase the success-rate/enable faster decision making for active ingredient funnels.
Contribute to project ideation, planning, coordination, and discussions. Ensure alignment through healthy debates with global scientific communities within in the organization.
Expand and upskill bioinformatic and biotechnology capabilities and expertise, with close connection to the global expertise within the group and R
